With a process like ideascale, it is important to provide models or examples of the types of ideas or formats that you would like participants to make. Sometimes ideas can be seeded by experts in the community.

Reporting results

One of the ways to link to participants post is to report back to them. This can be as simple or as comprehensive as you would like. A high level one page summary of what was heard and how it will be used can go a long way in establishing credibility with participants.
